Depart from your hotel or the Safari Tours office in Manado for Tomohon, beginning with a visit to Vihara Buddhayana near Gardenia Country Inn. Continue to the vibrant traditional food and flower market before stopping in Woloan to see Minahasan knock-down style wooden houses being built for shipment. Enjoy lunch by the peaceful Lake Tondano near the local fish farms, then visit Pulutan Village for traditional pottery making or relax at the Toraget Hot Springs. On the way back, observe local weaving traditions at a village factory and end the day at Lake Linow, the famous color-changing lake, where you can enjoy tea or coffee.
