This 4-hour tour begins at your hotel or the Safari Tours office in Manado. Start at the lively fish market auction in the heart of the marketplace, where you’ll pass through the colorful open-air vegetable stalls to the waterfront and witness local traders selling fresh catches such as Mahi-Mahi, Red Snapper, and Yellowfin Tuna by lot. Continue with a short drive to the city’s largest Chinese temple, where you’ll learn about its history and have time to explore and take photos. Next, visit the North Sulawesi Provincial Museum to discover the region’s history, traditional costumes, and pre-colonial artifacts (please note: starting 1 September 2025, the museum will be closed for reconstruction until further notice). The tour concludes with shopping stops tailored to your interests, including art galleries, craft shops, or jewelry stores.
